Why use a Team vs. an Individual Agent?

Have you always wondered what the difference is between a full service real estate team vs. using an individual agent? Well I can tell you the difference because I have been on both sides! When I first started my career as a single agent it was so hard to keep up with every detail, every appointment, plus have time to find my clients the best deals out there, keep up with paperwork - all of it! I felt like I was a crazy person running around but always behind. When I started a team - that was when I was really able to provide top notch attention and care to our clients. Don't settle for the agent that is busy showing other people houses while you wait on the sidelines. We have a team ready to show anytime!
Meet Our Amazing White Glove Realty Team Here!
With a full service team like White Glove Realty you will get the following Top Notch Service & Attention!

Mar Bella One of League City's picks for a Great Place to Live!

If you are checking out League City as your next home you will have to visit the beautiful community of Mar Bella. Located just 1 mile from Galveston Bay and Kemah Boardwalk and is also near Highway 146 and off of the major highway 96. Conveniently located adjacent to the Clear Creek Education Village.

Palm trees dot the community full of plenty of scenic water views and park areas. The community offers a recreational center, an open air pavilion, and 2 playgrounds. There is a resort style pool w/ a splash pad, zero-entry pool, jets and sundeck. Be sure to catch photos of the area ducks and other natural habitat along the banks of the 29 acre lake and 44-acre nature preserve. Truly a great place to de-stress after a long day at work.
